Bred by Grujoire (before 1861). Introduced in France by François Fontaine in 1861 as 'Madame Ernest Dréolle'. Introduced in Australia by Thomas Lang in 1866 as 'Madame Ernest Dreol'.
Bloom:
Lilac - pink. Medium to large, double (17-25 petals) bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season.
