Origin:
Bred by Anne G. Cocker (1920-2014) (Scotland, 2001).
Introduced in Scotland by James Cocker & Sons in 2004 as 'Cheerful Charlie'.
Class:
Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Red.  None to mild fragrance.  Average diameter 2".  Medium, semi-double (9-16 petals), in small clusters bloom form.  Continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season.  
Habit:
Medium, compact.  Medium, glossy, medium green foliage.  

Height: 2' to 30" (60 to 75cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose or garden.  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
