Origin:
Bred by George L. Thomson (Australia, 2003).
Introduced in Australia by Ross Roses in 2003.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Salmon-pink, lighter reverse.  Strong fragrance.  41 petals.  Average diameter 6".  Large, very full (41+ petals), borne mostly solitary bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Tall, upright.  Large, glossy, medium green foliage.  

Height: 5½' to 7' (165 to 215cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for cut flower or garden.  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.

According to the Australian Rose Annual, Dame Roma Mitchell "commemorate the life of an outstanding woman who was a pioneer and pacesetter for Australian women in the legal fraternity. Dame Roma was the first Australian woman QC to be admitted to the Bar, becoming a most respected Barrister and Judge; also the first woman Governor of South Australia; and Patron of the Rose Society of S.A."
