Bred by Niels Ebbesen Hansen (United States, 1927).
Class:
Unknown.  
Bloom:
Deep pink to crimson.  Strong fragrance.  65 petals.  Medium, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters, cupped bloom form.  Once-blooming spring or summer.  
Habit:
Upright.  Wrinkled (rugose) foliage.  

Height: up to 39" (up to 100cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Hardy.  
Breeder's notes:
Hansen said, "A sister variety to Sioux Beauty. Flowers, bright crimson, soewhat cup shaped. Resembles American Beauty. A heavy bloomer; blooms all season through July and August, with 65 or more petals and petaloids. Delightful fragrance; color ranging from rich deep pink to crimson; foliage of a modified rugosa".
