HelpMeFind's future is in your hands - Please do not take this unique resource for granted.

Your support of HelpMeFind is urgently needed. HelpMeFind, like all websites, needs funding to survive. We have set a premium-membership yearly subscription amount as low as possible to make user-community funding viable.

We are grateful to the many members who have signed up so far, but the number of premium-membership members remains too small for us to sustain the current support and development level. If you value HelpMeFind and want to see it continue we need your support too.

Yearly membership is only $2.00 per month and adds a host of additional features, and numerous planned enhancements, to take full advantage of the power and convenience of HelpMeFind. Click here to start your premium membership..

We of course also welcome donations of any amount. Click here to make a donation. Donations of $24 or more receive a thank-you gift of a 1-year premium membership.

As far as we have come, we feel HelpMeFind is still in its infancy. With your support we have so much more to accomplish.

ARS:
Yellow blend Floribunda.
Registration name: SunQueen
Exhibition name: SunQueen
Origin:
Bred by Judith Belsham Singer (United States, 2005).
Class:
Floribunda.
Bloom:
Yellow blend.  Yellow upper, white reverse.  Moderate, fruity fragrance.  41 to 50 petals.  Average diameter 3.5".  Medium to large, very full (41+ petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters, cupped, old-fashioned, reflexed, rounded bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.
Habit:
Medium, upright.  Small, glossy, dark green foliage.
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for container rose, cut flower, exhibition, garden or specimen.  Heat tolerant.  Disease susceptibility: susceptible to Mildew.  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
Breeder's notes:
Beautiful cupped buttery yellow center with creamy white outer petals, fading to a many-petaled creamy white bloom. Nice long stems. Blooms in singles or large clusters like natural wedding bouquets. Thorny!
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
SunQueen is the correct registered name of this rose according to the hybridizer, Judith Singer.
