Bred by W. Kordes & Sons (Germany, 2003).
Introduced in Canada by Palatine Roses in 2007 as 'Amadeus'.
Introduced in United States by Wayside Gardens in 2008 as 'Amadeus'.
Class:
Climber, Large-Flowered Climber.  
Bloom:
Red.  Mild fragrance.  Average diameter 3.25".  Medium, double (17-25 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Tall, bushy, climbing.  Large, glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: 6'7" to 8'2" (200 to 250cm).  Width: 39" to 43" (100 to 110cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for cut flower, garden, landscape or pillar.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant, very blackspot resistant., very mildew resistant.  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood..  Remove unproductive wood every third year or so.
