Origin:
Bred by J. M. Pineau (1980s) (France, before 1983).
Introduced in France by Roses Pineau in 1983 as 'Conquistador'.
Class:
Floribunda, Cl., Large-Flowered Climber.  
Bloom:
Geranium-red, red reverse.  None to mild fragrance.  up to 15 petals.  Average diameter 2.75".  Medium, semi-double (9-16 petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters bloom form.  
Habit:
Armed with thorns / prickles, climbing.  Large, light green foliage.  

Height: 9'10" to 13'1" (300 to 400cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
