Deep pink Hybrid Tea. Exhibition name: Pride of Scotland
Bloom:
Deep pink, ages to salmon-pink . Salmon-orange. None to mild, sweet fragrance. Large, double (17-25 petals) bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season.
Habit:
Medium, armed with thorns / prickles, bushy, upright. Large, matte, medium green foliage.
Height: 42" to 4' (105 to 120cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default). Can be used for beds and borders, cut flower or garden.
Breeder's notes:
Massey University - Macwhitba. Nicknamed Whitley Bay

Massey University now has a rose that carries its name, a hybrid tea bred for the University’s 75th anniversary by Dr Sam McGredy.
