Origin:
Bred by Mathias Leenders (1883 - 1958) (Netherlands, 1927).
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1929 as 'Hilde Apelt'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Light yellow, ages to cream .  Apricot yellow paling to ivory at the edges.  Mild fragrance.  Large, semi-double to double, borne mostly solitary bloom form.  
Habit:
Upright.  Dark green foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Prefers cool sites..
