Pink, carmine-pink shading. Moderate, damask fragrance. Very large, full (26-40 petals), cupped, globular bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season.

Tall.
Height: 4' to 10' (120 to 305cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 4a and warmer. Vigorous. Disease susceptibility: susceptible to blackspot , susceptible to Mildew.

Notes:
Joyce Demits at Tanglewood Farms says Magna Charta has very large layered blooms of light crimson. The claim that it is the pink sport of 'Mme. Gabriel Luizet' is not supported by literature.
