Bred by Ralph S. Moore (United States, before 2006).
Introduced in United States by Sequoia Nursery, Moore Miniature Roses Historic Archive in 2007 as 'Persian Flame'.
Class:
Hybrid Hulthemia persica, Shrub.  
Bloom:
Red blend.  Bright yellow buds open to Chinese red inside with a deep red eye.  None / no fragrance.  Average diameter 2.5".  Medium-large, single (4-8 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Medium, spreading.  Medium, matte, light green foliage.  

Height: 3' to 5' (90 to 150cm).  Width: up to 3' (up to 90cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, garden or hedge.  Protect tender new spring growth from hard freezes that may cause canker, die-back and death of the plant. .  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.  Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood..
