Bred by L. Pernille Olesen (Denmark, before 2006). Bred by Mogens Nyegaard Olesen (Denmark, before 2006).
Introduced in Denmark by Poulsen Roser A/S in 2006 as 'Balmoral Palace'.

Mini-Flora.   (Series: Palace ® Collection)  
Bloom:
Dark red.  None to mild fragrance.  Small, full (26-40 petals), cluster-flowered, old-fashioned, quartered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Short, bushy, compact.  Glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: 2' to 39" (60 to 100cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders or container rose.
