Class:
Hybrid Roxburghii, Hybrid Rugosa, Shrub, Species Cross.
Bloom:
Light pink. Violet-pink. Mild fragrance. Average diameter 4". Large, single (4-8 petals), borne mostly solitary bloom form. Once-blooming spring or summer.
Habit:
Armed with thorns / prickles, bushy, upright, well-branched. Medium, semi-glossy, dark green, wrinkled (rugose) foliage. 9 to 13 leaflets.
Height: up to 7' (up to 215cm). Width: up to 4' (up to 120cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
