Bred by Henk C. A. De Groot (Netherlands, 2000).
Introduced in Netherlands by De Ruiter's Nieuwe Rozen B.V. in 2003 as 'Attracta'.
Class:
Florists Rose, Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
White, deep pink edges, white reverse.  Pink with white reverse.  None / no fragrance.  Average diameter 4.75".  Medium to large, very full (41+ petals), high-centered bloom form.  Spring or summer flush with scattered later bloom.  Ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Arching.  Medium, matte, medium green foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for cut flower or exhibition.

‘Ruia16101’ was the result of a cross between ‘Predenat’ (seed parent) and ‘Jacredi’ (pollen parent) in Jun 2000 in the breeding area used by De Ruiter’s Nieuwe Rozen B.V. in Sep 2001.
