Bred by Meilland International (France, 1999).
Introduced in France by Meilland Richardier in 2007.
Introduced in Australia by Corporate Roses Pty. Ltd. in 2010 as 'The St. John Rose'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Ruby-red..  Edged and shaded strawberry-red [Ruby-red].  Strong, fruity, musk, old rose fragrance.  Large, very double, borne mostly solitary bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Dark green foliage.  

Height: 31" to 35" (80 to 90cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
