Introduced in United States by Weeks Wholesale Rose Grower, Inc. in 2009 as 'Teeny Bopper'.
Class:
Shrub.  
Bloom:
Scarlet red with a white eye and white reverse.  Flowers scarlet red with a white, mostly white reverse.  None to mild fragrance.  Average diameter 1.5".  Small to medium, double (17-25 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Pointed buds.  
Habit:
Short, compact.  Small, glossy, medium green foliage.  

Height: 1' to 18" (30 to 45cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower or garden.  Disease susceptibility: disease resistant.  Protect tender new spring growth from hard freezes that may cause canker, die-back and death of the plant. .  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.  Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood..
