Introduced in Netherlands by Interplant BV in 2007 as 'Indian Ruffles'.

Bloom:
Dark red.  Moderate fragrance.  Average diameter 2.25".  Medium, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters, ruffled bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Bushy.  

Height: up to 2' (up to 60cm).  Width: up to 4'2" (up to 125cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders.
