Origin: Bred by Unknown  (before 1838).  Introduced in Australia by F. C. Davis  in 1862 as 'Adèle de Senanges'.  
Bloom: Blush, crimson shading,  mottling.  Medium, full (26-40 petals), cluster-flowered, expanded , flat bloom form.  Once-blooming spring or summer.   
Growing: USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
