Bred by J.-M. Gonod (France, 1881).
Introduced in Australia by C. F. Newman and Sons - Adelaide in 1894 as 'Baronne de Sinéty'.

Bloom:
Deep yellow, pink reverse.  Large, double (17-25 petals), globular bloom form.  Occasional repeat later in the season.  
Habit:
Climbing.  

Height: up to 8'2" (up to 250cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
