Bred by F. Harmon Saville (1924-1997) (United States, 1997).
Introduced in United States by Nor' East Miniature Roses as 'Pacific Serenade'.

Bloom:
Deep yellow.  Mild fragrance.  15 to 25 petals.  Average diameter 2.5".  Continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season.  
Habit:
Upright, well-branched.  

Height: 2' to 3' (60 to 90cm).  Width: 15" to 18" (40 to 45cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 4b through 10b.  Very hardy.  drought resistant.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.

This completely thornless mini displays handsome, bright yellow flowers atop dark green foliage, making Pacific Serenade an outstanding garden rose. The fragrant blooms grow singly and in clusters, and its long stems make it a great cut flower. This upright plant is disease resistant.
