Bred by Maurice Guest (United Kingdom, 2007).
Introduced in United Kingdom by Pocock's Nurseries/Pocock's Roses in 2008 as 'Mum's Blessing'.
Class:
Floribunda.  
Bloom:
White and cream.  Medium, full (26-40 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Medium, bushy.  Medium, matte, light green foliage.  

Height: up to 26" (up to 65cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower or garden.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant, very blackspot resistant..  Protect tender new spring growth from hard freezes that may cause canker, die-back and death of the plant. .  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.  Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood..
