Paul Noel. R. Tanne, 1913. Interesting Wichuraiana with rather large, very double, camellia-shaped flowers of a deep old-rose shade, blended with salmon-yellow. Some plants have a tendency to bloom in the fall. Milano is supposed to have an improved form of this variety but has yet to prove it.

Hardy Climbing Roses
Paul Noël. Hybrid Wichuraiana. (R. Tanné, 1913.) Medium to large double flowers of old-rose blended with salmon- yellow, borne in trusses of 4 to 6. Rather variable in color. Plant vigorous and free flowering.
Early, with a tendency to bloom in the fall. Very brilliantly colored at times, but often much paler, although still attractive; and the large flowers are suitable for cutting.
