Bloom:
Deep pink.  Deep pink almost red. Foliage less reddish-purple than Rosa glauca..  None / no fragrance.  Average diameter 2.25".  Single (4-8 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters bloom form.  Once-blooming spring or summer.  
Habit:
Tall, arching, upright.  Medium, matte, reddish-purple foliage.  

Height: 6'7" to 8'2" (200 to 250cm).  
Growing:
Can be used for garden or landscape.

Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
Named in honour of Isabella Preston, Canadian plant breeder at the Ottawa Central Experimental Farm, who pioneered the hybridizing of Rosa glauca.
