R. arvensis is hardy to USDA zone 5, according to Forest Farm nursery.

The photo page shows a specimen growing in Sweden. I think this rose could grow in climates a little colder than the default.

I discovered in CA central valley, during weeks of triple digit temps, that it is not drought resistant, at least not at those high temps. I would be wary of trying it again in any climate warmer than zone 8.
