Can you grow a Sophies Perpetual rose in a large flower pot and will if live in a zone 6 if we bring it inside in the winter?

I think that should be possible. Mine is outside in Zone 7b, but has only reached 20" height after 2 years.

I replanted this into a sunny spot a week ago . It started as an own root band and had grown only 1 ft in 1.5 years and produced 3 blooms in its partially shaded site.
