Bred by Pelletier (before 1850) (France, before 1824).
Class:
Gallica / Provins.  
Bloom:
Light pink, lilac shading.  Small to medium, double (17-25 petals) bloom form.  Once-blooming spring or summer.  
Habit:
Armed with thorns / prickles.  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Parentage:

Notes:
The classification as a Damask by Prévost and later authors seems to be an error (Vibert listed Agathes immediately after Damask Roses in his 1824 catalogue - Reason?)
