Bloom:
Dark red. Flowers deep velvet red, reverse same. None to mild, spice, tea fragrance. 18 to 28 petals. Average diameter 3.75". Large, very double, borne mostly solitary, in small clusters, high-centered to cupped, ruffled bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season. Pointed, ovoid buds.
Habit:
Tall, upright. Large, matte, dark green foliage. 3 to 7 leaflets.
Height: 4' to 6' (120 to 185cm). Width: 4'11" to 6¼' (150 to 190cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 5b and warmer. Can be used for beds and borders, cut flower or garden.

Floribunda rose plant named `WEKcisfrabo`
This invention relates to a new and distinct variety of Floribunda Rose. It has as its seed parent the variety known as ‘WEKsanpoly’ (U.S. Plant Pat. No. 13,513) and as its pollen parent the variety known as ‘KORbeteilich’ (U.S. Plant Pat. No. 12,001)....The branches used for the photograph came from 3 to 4 year-old rose plants of the new variety grown outdoors in Pomona, Calif. in the month of November.
