Origin:
Bred by Samuel Darragh (1932-2019) McGredy IV (1973).
Introduced in New Zealand by McGredy Roses International (New Zealand) as 'Academy'.
Class:
Miniature, Patio.  
Bloom:
Cream, salmon-orange edges.  Mild fragrance.  20 petals.  Small, flat, scalloped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Tall, bushy.  Small, semi-glossy, medium green foliage.  

Height: 16" to 22" (40 to 55cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Can be used for garden.  Vigorous.  prefers warmer sites.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
