Introduced in United States by Rosarium Garden Center - formerly Northland Rosarium as 'Tracy Joe'.
Class:
Shrub.  
Bloom:
Orange-pink.  Blooms are a blend of oranges, fushia pink with a blush of yellow..  Moderate, myrrh fragrance.  Double (17-25 petals) bloom form.  Prolific, continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season.  
Habit:
Medium.  Glossy foliage.  

Height: 4' (120cm).  Width: 4' (120cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 4b and warmer.  Prefers full sun.
