Origin:
Discovered by Jukka Kallijarvi (Finland, before 2017).
Class:
Found Rose, Hybrid Gallica, Hybrid Rugosa, Shrub.  
Bloom:
Fuchsia / magenta.  Moderate, fruity fragrance.  Average diameter 2.75".  Medium to large, semi-double (9-16 petals), in small clusters, cupped-to-flat bloom form.  Prolific, once-blooming spring or summer.  
Habit:
Medium, bushy, dense, suckers on its own roots.  Large, semi-glossy, dark green, wrinkled (rugose) foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 3b and warmer.  Can be used for garden, landscape or shrub.  Very hardy.  very vigorous.  produces decorative hips.  rain tolerant.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant, very blackspot resistant., very mildew resistant, very rust resistant.  Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood..  Remove unproductive wood every third year or so.  This rose blooms on old wood.

The parentage is almost certainly Hansa (rugosa) x R. gallica Splendens (Valamonruusu).
