Bred by Tom Carruth (United States, before 2016).
Introduced in United States by Spring Hill Nurseries in 2019 as 'Burst of Joy'.
Class:
Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Orange, darker edges, yellow reverse.  Mild, tea fragrance.  24 to 32 petals.  Average diameter 3.5".  Medium to large, very double, borne mostly solitary, in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Pointed, ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Medium, bushy, upright, well-branched.  Medium green foliage.  5 leaflets.  

Height: 39" to 5¼' (100 to 160cm).  Width: 42" to 4'11" (110 to 150cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 4b through 9b.  Can be used for container rose or garden.  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.

The branches used for the photograph came from 3 to 4 year-old rose plants of the new variety grown outdoors in Pomona, Calif. in the month of November.
