Origin:
Bred by Henk C. A. De Groot (Netherlands, 2009).
Introduced in Netherlands by De Ruiter's Nieuwe Rozen B.V. in before 2020 as 'Seaside Swirl'.
Class:
Hybrid Rugosa.  
Bloom:
Pink.  Moderate, rose, spice, sweet fragrance.  25 to 35 petals.  Average diameter 2.75".  Medium, very double, borne mostly solitary, in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Compact, few or no prickles/thorns.  Dark green foliage.  3 to 7 leaflets.  

Height: up to 3' (up to 90cm).  Width: up to 22" (up to 55cm).
Growing:
Can be used for ground cover.

The cross resulting in this new variety was made in April of 2009 at a nursery in Boskoop, Netherlands. The seed parent is the unpatented variety Rosa 'Louise Bugnet'. The pollen parent is the unpatented variety Rosa 'BOKRATRACK'.
