Bred by Norman H. Fletcher (United Kingdom, before 1949).
Introduced in United Kingdom by Tucker/R. Tucker & Sons in 1949 as 'Pink Gem'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Seashell-pink.  Strong fragrance.  up to 30 petals.  Average diameter 4.5".  Large, full (26-40 petals), flat bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Long, pointed buds.  
Habit:
Tall.  Blue-green foliage.
