"Variety denomination: `KORhesanwes`.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The new variety of floribunda rose plant of the present invention was created by controlled breeding in May 2008 in Sparrishoop, Germany by artificial pollination wherein two parents were crossed which previously had been studied in the hope that they would contribute the desired characteristics. The female parent (i.e., the seed parent) of the new variety was a seedling (non-patented) from a cross of `INTERflocu` (non-patented) x unnamed seedling. The male parent (i.e., the pollen parent) of the new variety was `NOA75800` (non-patented).
The parentage of the new variety can be summarized as follows: (`INTERflocu` x unnamed seedling) x `NOA75800"

Well, that is more information than I assumed. I assumed it would say "go kick rocks lol" x Westzeit.

Do you think the Interflocu mentioned in the patent, might be the 2002 Interfluco?

Most website seem to agree that the varietal denomination is Interfluco, which was granted a European patent in 2002. 2 Kordes patents of roses from 2001/2 (KORapfhecki, KORflusamea) mention Interfluco. On the other hand three Kordes patents from roses bred 2002/3 mention Interflocu, for which there is no European or any other patent information. I believe we can safely assume that Interflocu is a misspelling of Interfluco.

Kordes seems to use 'Amber Flush' with a lot of shrub types crosses to get various floris, shrubs, climbers, and grandiflora types. As stated in some patents, its also implied in others. Seems to be working out quite well for them. Unsure why the typo.

Thanks to you both. We’ll use Interfluco, but clarify it with a Note - when we can. (A small problem with adding a parentage at the moment.)
