Origin:
Bred by Arnaud Delbard (France, 2014).
Introduced in France by Delbard/Georges Delbard SA in 2023 as 'Comtesse Liger-Belair'.
Class:
Floribunda, Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Pink. [Deep pink to rose-pink, lighter outer petals.]  Strong, citrus, lilac, lily of the valley, rose, spice fragrance.  Average diameter 3.25".  Medium to large, very double, full (26-40 petals), cluster-flowered, cupped, globular, old-fashioned bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: 24" to 32" (60 to 80cm).  Width: up to 20" (up to 50cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.
