The red rose is the Hybrid Perpetual 'Paul neyron'.
So, our Tea Rose is pink.

No, I think it is correct. The pinkish rose is 'Souvenir de Paul Neyron', which is different from the well-known 'Paul Neyron' which you mentioned. 'Duchess of Edinburgh' is clearly described as carmine-red in the references. Again: the picture is of the Nabonnand version and not of Bennett's HT.
