Possibly the light pink 1941 'Mrs. John McNab', rather than the deep pink 1932 'John McNab'.

You know, I have wondered about that myself. It was bought as John mcNab though. Thanks for the information. It is not a very good flowerer in my garden, possibly because it gets a bit too much shade from a birch tree which is about to loose one of its two trunks this autumn and a few of its lower branches too.
Best regards Arvid.

If you are happy about it being 'Mrs. John McNab' you (or we) could always reassign your photos to the correct rose page.
Shade - from trees. Know exactly what you are talking about. Just yesterday I cut out the lower branches of a Ulmus, Chinese elm. Dreadful business, tree branches and rose canes. A bit of gentle swearing helps.

Yes, I am not quite sure how to do it though, but if you want to, fine. About cutting back the birch tree, I have made an agreement with my neighbour`s son, so I hope to leave the swearing to him. Best regards Arvid.
