This rose appears to be a very different cultivar - the leaves are far too small and glaucous, plant architecture too tangled and arching, and the blowsy flowers with button eyes point more to the pimpinellifolia hybrid 'Stanwell Perpetual' or a similar rose than to the bourbon 'Coquette des Blanches'.
