This is exactly what my Village Maids look like, both the two I grew in Texas (planted 1999-2000) and the two I'm growing in Alabama (planted 2009). I bought both from different online nurseries, either California or Oregon. To me there has been no confusion about Village Maid aka Centifolia Variegata.
