I wonder if this beautiful rose might be 'Stanwell Perpetual'? The flowers and foliage both look like 'SP' to me, but I admit that I live in a climate that's too warm for most OGR's, so I don't know it first-hand, only from photos, such as those here: http://www.helpmefind.com/rose/l.php?l=2.5953.0&tab=36
