Your rose looks like 'Teasing Georgia' to me. You also commented on your photo of July 14, 2013 that it grows 12'-15' tall at three years old. Sounds like very unlikely height for 'Charles Darwin'.
If you compare the other photos of Charles Darwin here, I believe, you might notice the difference with your specimen.
Please forgive me if I am wrong, in this case I will gladly remove my comment.

Hi Marina You could be right..I have Teasing Georgia right next to Charles Darwin and I have trouble telling them apart. I wonder if my C.D. could be mislabeled as it is fully 15 feet tall and looks just the same as TG. Glad to see you are posting photos from your garden again...it is spectacular!!! James
