hard to tell from photos. I can only squint so much, but it seems like it could instead be a different spot disease. If so, it would rarely be a big deal. Except for BS, most other spot diseases wax and wane throughout the growing seasons, depending on climatic atmosphere. For example, ceraspora shows up here from May-June, and disappear by July, when the climate no longer suits it. Keep an eye out on these spots and see what happens. Get a good ID from online since you can inspect it in person.
