I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO LOCATE THE ESPERANZA FOR MANY MONTHS AS IT HAS A VERY SPECIAL MEANING FOR MYSELF AND MY FAMILY. I WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE THREE ESPERANZA PLANTS. IF ANYONE CAN GIVE ME INFORMATION, LEADS, REFERRALS, IT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED! ALL THE BEST ! FRANK TEALDI ftko99@gmail.com

Frank,
I'm sorry, but at this point I don't know of anyone in this country offering Esperanza. You noted elsewhere on HMF that you weren't able to find one at K&M, and they are the only rose nursery listed on HMF as having this rose. A google search failed to produce any other leads.

Frank,
I just had another thought. There are three gardens in the U.S. listed on HMF as growing Esperanza. Two are archives, including mine, but the third is Diana's Skyline Rose Garden. You might send a message to Diana on HMF and see whether she would be willing to start plants for you from cuttings in her garden, or if you can start them yourself or know someone who can, you could ask her if she would be willing to send cuttings. I'd offer to start the plants myself, but I'm afraid I no longer have a propagation area set up. It's something I'm thinking of doing one of these days, but not at the moment.
