does this rose resemble a tea rose, the flower part? Does it blum all spring, summer and fall?
How big are the flowers and are there lots of them? I'm thinking about using them above my
retaining wall. What do you think?

do you mean does the blossom resemble a hybrid tea? the answer is "sort of" - initially the bloom form is hybrid tea like, but overall, it's more like a floribunda - it blooms in clusters and unfurls to a flattish form. The blooms are about 3" across. don't know what you mean "above your retaining wall" so cannot comment.
