Discovered by Colonel Roulet (Switzerland, circa 1917).
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. as 'R. rouletii'.
Introduced in Switzerland by Établissement horticole in 1920 as 'Rouletii'.
Introduced in France by Grandes Roseraies du Val de la Loire in 1925 as 'Rouletii'.
Class:
China / Bengale, Lawranceana, Miniature.  
Bloom:
Carmine-pink, ages to light pink .  Flowers white, pink or red.  Mild fragrance.  Average diameter 1.5".  Small, very full (41+ petals), flat bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Small foliage.  

Height: 2' (60cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 7b through 10b.  Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood..
