Introduced in United States by Jackson & Perkins (Wholesale) in 2008 as 'Lovestruck'.
Class:
Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Pink blend.  Pink white handpainted upper; light pink reverse.  Mild, spice fragrance.  25 to 35 petals.  Average diameter 3.25".  Medium to large, full (26-40 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Medium, compact.  Medium, glossy, dark green foliage.  5 leaflets.  

Height: up to 42" (up to 105cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower or garden.  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.

The present invention relates to a new and distinct variety of a Floribunda rose plant named `JACboupu` which was originated by me by crossing the variety `JACzotta`, U.S. Plant Pat. No. 12,128 (the seed parent), with the variety `JACment`, U.S. Plant Pat. No. 10,282 (the pollen parent).... plants that were about 1.5 years of age at the start of the observations and were about four years old at the end of the observations
