Bred by Tom Carruth (United States, 2007).
Introduced in United States by Armstrong Garden Centers Inc. in 2008 as 'Ruffles & Flourishes'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Pink.  Flowers pure even pink.  Strong fragrance.  Average diameter 4.25".  Medium-large, very full (41+ petals), borne mostly solitary bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Tall, upright.  Large, glossy, medium green foliage.  

Height: 4¼' to 4'11" (130 to 150cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for cut flower or garden.  Protect tender new spring growth from hard freezes that may cause canker, die-back and death of the plant. .  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.  Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood..
