Red, white stripes, silver(y) reverse.  None to mild, opinions vary fragrance.  Average diameter 3.25".  Medium, double (17-25 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.

Medium, upright.  Semi-glossy, medium green foliage.  

Height: up to 3' (up to 90cm).

Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower or garden.
