The ARS handbook lists Nicole (KORicole) as a 'white' floribunda rose from 1985 - rating 8.9.
It lists Tabris as a pink blend floribunda rose from 1989 - rating 8.3.
Are these the same rose or not?

The bushes are side by side at the San Jose Heritage Rose Garden. They are different bushes with different leaves... Also the coloration on the edges is a different shade, one more red, one more pinkish...

Update: Tabris has matte finish leaves, Nicole has glossy finish leaves...

We know now that Nicole/KORicole and Hannah Gordon/Tabris/Raspberry Ice/KORweiso are not the same variety but have been confused in commerce in the USA. Thank you for your observations about the foliage. I wish photos showing the differences in foliage were posted on HMF.
