Bred by Mathias Tantau (1882 - 1953) (Germany, before 1936).
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1938 as 'Swantje'.

Bloom:
White, yellow highlights.  Wild rose fragrance.  Large, full (26-40 petals), in large clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
